The ACTC Human Resources Officers Committee 
dates to 1984 and is among the oldest continuously functioning groups of the consortium. In fact, a group of  personnel directors held informal meetings in the early 1970s to compare departmental functions. The HR Committee actually pre-dates the formation and incorporation of the ACTC.

Annual activities includes the ACTC HR Committee sponsoring an annual survey of compensation and benefits

The ACTC Human Officers Resources is a subcommittee of the ACTC Business Officers Council.
